Obituary for Zaven Harry "Harry" Nalbandian

NALBANDIAN, Zaven “Harry” passed away peacefully after a brief illness on May 25, 2021, with his devoted niece by his side. He was 94 vibrant years old. A long-time resident of Winchester, MA Harry had a long career in the automotive industry as an account executive. A graduate of Bentley College, Harry served in the US Navy during World War II. After successfully passing his exams after three months, he was selected as one of the three out of a group of 120 to train in radio at Bainbridge, MD. He was a long-term member of the Masons and Shriners. Harry is predeceased by his sister Ida Nalbandian and twin sister Zabel Kevorkian both who doted on him as he did them. He is survived by his loving niece, Marie Kevorkian, who enjoyed every minute of his company and forever grateful for his brilliance of knowledge, skills, and the generosity he passed on to her. Along with the many loving members of the Kevorkian family who share wonderful memories with him. Harry also leaves behind his caregiver Carmen Contreras, her love and care is immeasurable. Harry also had the good fortune to be surrounded by an incredibly supportive neighborhood group; demonstrating the true sense of community. The family would also like to acknowledge and deeply thank the Emerson Hospital ER staff in Concord for their remarkable and compassionate care. Visitation will be held at the Lane Funeral Home, 760 Main St. (Rte. 38) WINCHESTER on Friday, June 4th from 10-11am. Followed by a Funeral Service in the funeral home at 11am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment Wildwood Cemetery, Winchester. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy can be made to a charity of your choice
