William Joseph Meehan Jr (Billy), departed this life on Monday, October 24th. Billy is survived by his two children Samantha and Cayden, his loving family, and his many friends. Originally from Winchester, Billy had a personality that filled every room. He was a happy and joyful soul who loved life and loved spending time with family and friends. He will be greatly missed and may he rest in peace. Funeral services are private at this time.
