Obituary for Teresa Ho (Liang)
Teresa (Liang) Ho, 91, passed away peacefully January 18, 2021 after a brief illness.
Born on June 19, 1929 in Beijing, China to Liang Zhongan and Xu Zhi Han, she was a devoted wife and mother. Terry immigrated to the US in 1948 to attend Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia where she earned a B.S. in Economics. She subsequently worked for AC Nielsen in New York City and then Massachusetts Mutual in Springfield before becoming a homemaker.
Terry loved food, cooking Chinese cuisine, sewing, fashion and investing in the stock market. Her last trade was the sale of Ambarella shares at $93 which she purchased two years earlier at $51. She spent many years in Massachusetts including Longmeadow, Wilbraham, Concord, and Burlington.
Terry was predeceased by Stanley, her husband of sixty-one years; cousin Chikai, who was raised as her oldest brother; brothers Larry, William, Marco, Paolo, and sister Elizabeth. She leaves her beloved son David and wife Katherine, who she considered a daughter, of Winchester, Massachusetts, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
