Parece, Phyllis J. (Norberg) of Woburn, passed away on October 18, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Frederick A. Parece. Loving mother of Richard S. Nelson and the late Gregory T. Nelson. Sister of Richard D. Norberg and his wife Jane of Woburn and the late Edward F. Norberg III and his wife Patricia of Winchester. Also survived by one niece and nephew.
