RAU, Judith Anne (Sullivan), Age 85, of Methuen, beloved wife of the late George F. Rau, Jr., passed on July 6, 2022, after a short illness. Born and raised in Winchester, she is the loving daughter of the late Robert and Mary (Parsons) Sullivan. Devoted mother of the late George F. Rau, III (Buddy) and survived by her daughter Lisa Staff and son-in-law Mike of North Andover. Loving Nana of Michael Staff, Maillie Staff, Keith Rau, and the late Crystal Rau. She is survived by her brother Barry Sullivan and his wife, Maria. Sister and best friend of the late Sheila Harriman, Robert Sullivan, and Marian Gagnon. Loving Auntie to her cherished nieces and nephews. Judy’s infectious laugh and joyful spirit brightened the room, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Visiting Hours will be held at the Lane Funeral Home, 760 Main Street, Winchester, on Monday, July 11, from 9-11 am, followed by a short service at the funeral home. Friends and family are kindly invited. Interment will be private.
