Giusti, Irene A. (Ferrari) of Winchester, formerly of Somerville, June 12, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Alfred “Fred” Giusti. Loving daughter of the late Charles and Lena (Zani) Ferrari. Sister of the late Dorothy Zani, Frances Ferretti, Louise Hutchings, John Ferrari, Victor Ferrari, Joseph and Anthony Ferrari. Loving aunt of Francine Foley of Winchester, Irene Ferretti of Florida, Carol Magyar of Norwood, Joanne DeVoe of North Reading, Carol Gallozzi of Chelmsford, Steven and Sandra Guisti of Burlington, Adele Quinlan of Florida, Terri Kessel of Walpole, Lorraine Hamilton of Billerica, Virginia Sannella of Lynnfield, Lynn Scotti of Winchester, Barbara Ferrari of Acton, Frances Gigli of NH, Karen Robey of Maryland, the late Rena Biasella, Charles Ferrari, Anthony Ferrari, Alfred Gigli, Robert Berni and Geraldine Heald, and Linda Newman. Irene was also survived by many loving great nieces and nephews
She was a controller at one time or another to four companies in Boston, Chicago and Connecticut. She did volunteer work for the Winchester Hospital, Nursing Homes in Medford, Somerville, The Jenks Center, Winchester and the Stoneham Theatre. She was a member of the American Society of Women Accountants, The National Honor Society, Winchester Home and Garden Club and the Dante Alighieri Society. Irene was also a Notary for many years.
Funeral from the Lane Funeral Home, 760 Main St. Winchester on Friday, June 17th at 9 AM. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s Church Winchester at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 4 to 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Winchester Hospital or the Jenks Center of Winchester. Interment Wildwood Cemetery Winchester.
