Loving father of Jim and his wife Kimberly Viglas of Winchester & Stephen and his wife Geraldine of Portsmouth,RI. Adored grandfather of Dominique,Charlie,James & Stephen Viglas. Charles is also survived by his brother the late Andrew Viglas & his parents James & Tessie Viglas. In light of the current precautions with the Coronavirus, Funeral Services and Interment were private. A Celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
